The work schedule is hybrid, three days in the office and two days remote. The ideal candidate should possess a green card or citizenship. Pay: $28.00 per hour on a W-2 hourly basis. No Visa entanglements or H1-B holding companies. Responsibilities: - Timely and accurate entry of master data into financial systems ERP and Corporate Management Systems. - Lead process improvements in partnership with other functions to ensure high process efficiency. Collaborate with Sales & Distribution, Finance, and Manufacturing. - Work with Business Process Leaders, Business Effectiveness Team, Digital Technology, and Global Support team. Education & Professional Qualifications: - University Education (Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT majors) Knowledge / Experience: - Two plus years of Financial Analysis experience - Knowledge of business processes in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) - Understanding of ERP systems design & interfaces environment - Advanced users of MS Excel, MS Office Accounting systems design & Effectiveness Data Management Data Collection and Analysis Interview process will include an initial telephone or Zoom screening.
