Pay: $29 - $31.25/hour

Our client is seeking a Collections Analyst to add to their team.

Job Duties Include:

  • Collectionand dispute resolution efforts
  • Negotiates customer settlements and payment plans
  • Identifies and manages collection trends
  • Demonstrated organization, analytical and problem-solving skills are required
  • Is able to identify and prioritize various tasks
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential
  • Generates accurate monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
  • Supports as required by performing special projects, ad hoc reporting, routine requests, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years in commercial credit collections
  • Experienced with receivable management systems and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay Transparency Notice

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
