Skills and qualifications:

3+ years' experience in IT business process analysis Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings, proposals, and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders Proficiency in Business Process Modeling tools to create detailed process diagrams and flowcharts Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify process bottlenecks and devise feasible solutions Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different levels within the organization
