Requirements:
" Availability to work 100 % at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
" Experience working as an IT Project Manager;
" SAFe Agile experience;
" SDLC experience;
" Experience using Jira, Structure, Teams, SharePointand other project management tools;
" PMP Project Management certification.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
" Coordinating, facilitating and overseeing several projects for HR IT Technology team;
" Engage with multiple business units and teams to collaboratively to delivery key projects and strategic initiatives;
" Organize and facilitate project management activities from project start through project close;
" Organizes and facilitates project planning, PI planning, collaboration and requirement gathering sessions, project roadmap and status updates;
" Facilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams, identifying risk, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies;
" Work closely with team members and stakeholders in preparation for project activities and events;
" Makes appropriate and realistic commitments.
