Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of customer support experience. Committed to high-quality service and problem resolution. Experience with CRM systems. Professional demeanor, strong communication skills. High energy, positive attitude, self-motivated. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple priorities. Punctual, reliable, accurate, flexible, and a team player. This is a Contract to Hire Position in DC
