Job Description:
We are is looking for a friendly and efficient Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer support regarding our fitness products and services. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.

Pay Range: $850 - $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, or assist in the sales process for fitness memberships and services.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's fitness services, memberships, and programs.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints by investigating problems, identifying solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process payments, membership sign-ups, cancellations, and adjustments to accounts as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other customer service systems is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
