For this position, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to work in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer to review the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports and serve as back-up to other accounting staff. The ideal candidate is driven, aspires to be the best, enjoys challenges, works well in fast-paced environments, and is looking to grow into future opportunities.

The work environment is collegial and challenging with a team that includes physicians, engineers, nurses, paralegals and other professionals. This position is computer-based work and the training and work is done remotely. Some in-office work will be required from time to time.

BRC’s corporate hours support a work schedule of Mon. – Fri., 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST; however, flex time is available. We offer a competitive compensation package including a discretionary bonus program and a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and vision benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Minimum requirements include:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

4+ years of experience

Critical thinking, attention to detail, organizational and excellent communication skills.

Preferred experience:

Knowledge of Aderant Expert or similar practice management software.

Experience in the legal industry.
