Your Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the mailroom process and procedures.
  • Handle the day to day intake of mail.
  • Receive and Sort incoming mail and packages.
  • Process outgoing mail by addressing, sealing, stamping, folding, stuffing, and affixing postage.
  • Weigh and send specific packages.
  • Document the daily workload intake and output.
  • Maintain records of postage charges, receipts forms, and other required information.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly postage availability. Withdrawals, deposits, and other ancillary information.
  • Assist with client follow up.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to ask probing questions and problem resolution skills;
  • Ability to follow up with client requests in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a high volume mail environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment;
  • Solid Time Management Skills.
  • Flexible with schedules and available to work some Saturday shifts when called upon.
  • Primary schedule will be Monday - Friday
