Description of the Role

As a Parts Consultant at Mazda of Columbia, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. You will provide exceptional customer service, help identify the correct parts, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in-store and over the phone with their parts inquiries
  • Identify and locate the correct parts for customers
  • Provide accurate pricing and availability information
  • Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain organized parts inventory
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literacy, including experience with parts management systems
