Job Overview

As a Retail Sales Consultant at AlienVault, you will be at the center of creating meaningful connections with every customer. Your goal is to provide personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets and earning your commission with the power of our full suite of products. You will be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
  • Be flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly wage of $16.70 - $20.58 per hour.
  • Uncapped commission opportunities, with top sellers earning up to $62,460 per year.

Requirements:
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
  • No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.
