  • Safety Conscious: Supportive of the companys safety standards and ensures all O&M team members complete their work in safe manner. Drivers license with a clean or good driving record.
  • Team Player: Humble. Able to promote healthy and truly functional teamwork. Self-motivated.
  • Passionate: Excited about Solar Energy. Desire to continuously learn and build your knowledge and skills, with full company support and both on-the-job and online training.

Knowledgeable: Competent with computers and learning new software such as Google Suite, service ticket software, online monitoring sites, etc. NABCEP certification and/or Journeyman license highly preferred, but not required.
