Job Requirements

Job Title: DATA TRANSACTION PROCESSOR

Location: Onsite in Albany, NY

Employment Type: Temporary to Hire

Compensation: Hourly pay rate: $15/hr. to start

Hours: Monday through Friday - 8 am-4:30pm - no weekends

Job Description:

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Data Transaction Processor to join our client's dynamic team In this role, you will be at the heart of our data operations, ensuring the seamless processing and accuracy of critical transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Entry Processing:
    • Processing new hire files received daily.
    • Work with IT & payroll companies in converting over to electronic filing through our web portal.
    • Keep vendor company contacts are up to date in the database, including new vendors once electronic filing testing is complete.
    • Assist with emails to companies who are locked out or need password resets.
    • Contact vendors who supply insufficient new hire information for resubmission.
  • Processing:
    • Open & sort incoming mail.
    • Keying & Copying of cases.
    • QA/Review of cases.
    • Outgoing batch mail processing back-up.
  • Statement Processing:
    • Process Statements for Mailing, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor, as needed.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:
  • Must have at least 2 years' Data Entry & Database Experience.
  • Microsoft Office & Notepad++ Experience.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Self-Starter with minimal supervision.
