Sanmina Corporation has facilities strategically located in key regions throughout the world Job Purpose: Provide administrative and clerical supportto the Quality Engineering Department Manager and Quality Engineers, answer phones, file maintenance, compiling reports cloud file storage and retrieval. May be assigned to various functional areas of the Company. Provide administrative and clerical supportto Operation department managers and/or other staff. Check in visitors based on security requirements, schedule appointments, answer phones, file maintenance, manage office supply inventory and distribute mail. May be assigned to various functional areas of the Company. Nature of Duties: Provides Excel spreadsheet and Worddocumentation support Copying and filing of documents Assisting departments with data entry and other clerical support Researches, Complies and proof reads Word and Excel files Additional duties as assigned. Proficient computer skills required Must have cloud management / retrieval experience. Exceptional attention to details Education and Experience: Through Hole and SMT Hand Soldering Ability Required.
