POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Production Lead will embed with a Dentsu account leadership team to support a premier global account. This role is responsible for gaining a clear understanding of both the client needs as well as the needs of Dentsu's account and creative teams by developing relationships and implementing strategies to increase the Tag's service offerings. The role will play an integral part in developing and executing Dentsu and Tag's growth strategy for the account by being the subject matter expert in creative production, new technology and omnichannel delivery excellence. to and support the adoption of the Tag production platform around the world. Key skillsets required include the ability to:

•partner with Dentsu Creative to develop the client's annual content calendar

•work with Tag Centers of excellence and production hubs to design the most efficient and cost-effective way of delivering client content developed by Dentsu Creative.

•promote and evangelize the Tag production platform to the Dentsu account teams driving adoption of the Tag platform and reducing the use of third-party production agencies

•access and utilize Tag SMEs to deploy and implement Tag's DI platform including DI DAM and DI Brief

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

•A Bachelor's degree is required. A combination of work experience and education can be substituted

•Over 10 years' experience in a client facing, senior creative production strategy role overseeing large global production teams.

•minimum 8 years' experience as an Executive Producer, Head of production or equivalent

•minimum 3 years managing key Account teams globally/locally

•minimum 2 years responsibility for profit and loss in a large organization

•Demonstrated subject matter expertise across Moving Image, Digital, Social and Print content production from craft to scale

•Demonstrated understanding of new production technology such as Generative Ai, DCO, or Content at Scale

•Demonstrated record in developing strategic production solutions

•Established accomplishments in successfully growing volume, profitability, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction

•Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach towards the client. Must be sensitive to client needs, remaining calm and confident, even in stressful situations

•Proven experience in the development, implementation, and management of complex multi-service solutions for clients

•At least two years' business development experience with a focus on pitch presentations.

•Minimum of 5 years managing multi-disciplinary production teams or creative operations teams to deliver client solutions.

•A strong understanding of high-end broadcast workflows from concept to delivery including trafficking, clearance, rights management, and live action production.

JOB DUTIES

•Promote and evangelize Tag within the client and Dentsu organization.

•Foster excellent senior client relationships

•Champion creativity, production excellence and technical production best practices

•Combine, evolve, and define synergies between our centers of excellence production teams improving client access to our COE's

•Estimate, commercialize, and defining new and existing production workflows.

•Drive account growth to meet targets and business goals through strategic and tactical leadership

•Working closely with our onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery hubs to ensure service excellence.

•Implement strategies to improve and standardize all aspects of production operations

•Execute modifications to organizational design and teams to optimize operational activity and improve client experience

•Ensure operational controls and management information reporting requirements are fulfilled

•Ensure delivery against operational and financial business targets

•Manage the P&L and budgets to ensure profitability - escalating threats to targets when necessary

•Minimize corporate risk and maximize returns for production teams

•Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping client services informed of all critical issues and facilitating open cooperation between operations and client services

•Partner with functional teams to implement appropriate policies, internal controls, and reporting

•Have a comprehensive understanding of all client's businesses and the impact of our services

•Highlight operational, compliance and financial risk areas

•Support the creation and presentation of regular business updates to both internal and Client leadership as required

•Implement the appropriate delivery model for all services/products, with a focus on lowering cost and delivering high quality

•Share knowledge, best practices and solution designs within the relevant management teams to ensure continuous business improvement
