Job Description We’re looking for career-minded professionals with a passion for providing high-touch, stellar customer service and strong research and technical skills. As a Sr. Mission Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary customer-facing contact for global customers and coordinate the safest and most economical global flight operations. As a Sr. Mission Advisor, you will be responsible for: Serving as special care representative for assigned customers; complete all trip support including individualized care for routine and complex services. Completing all tasks associated with the trip load process including new trip write-ups and revisions. Collaborating with other Universal departments for internal product and service requirements. Addressing customer inquiries on criteria, application, and compliance of regulatory service offerings. Interpreting and discussing sample flight plan results in support of active trips. Monitoring Mission Support System to ensure all details are completed and confirmed in a timely manner. Conducting trip reviews to ensure quality of all services. Collaborating with Quality Control and Portfolio Team Managers to review upcoming files. Collaborating with business development and account managers to ensure capture of customer requirements. Mentoring and coaching team members to increase their skills. Providing assistance to Client Relations and other support departments in researching operational issues. Identifying trip-related issues and developing solutions collaboratively. Completing other duties and projects as assigned. Required Skills: Some college required; prefer degree in Aviation or related field or equivalent military experience. FAA Dispatcher License or Air Traffic Control certification preferred. Minimum five (05) years of experience in the aviation industry providing direct customer support. Ability to consult and advise clients regarding regulatory environment and flight planning products. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated keyboarding skills and general knowledge of geography. Other Information Open floor plan with cubicles in a team-based call center environment. May have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after training and certification. Rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 environment. Domestic travel (≤ 10%) may be required.
