Description Monitoring of security measures according to the area, activity, and structureCoordinate a work plan to identify and eliminate the most frequent causes of equipment failuresRespond to and analyze process failures, finding root causes and documenting them to avoid recurrencesResponsible for preparing production reports (FTW, OE, Scrap, etc.)Responsible for generating validated process parameter sheets that allow obtaining repeatable quality parts for each scheduled runEnsure existence and availability of spare parts and tools requires by the equipment you manageImplement programs to reduce scrap, rework, and lost timeResponsible for coordinating departments activities and managing activity trackerOptimize Injection Molding ProcessProvide equipment, tooling and process knowledge to produce automotive injection molded parts.Responsible to develop, maintain and improve injection molding processes.Coordinate internal activities related to molding in the plant to include preventative maintenance plans, spare parts setup and support PFMEA developmentProvide feedback to tooling engineers and PDTs (Product Development Teams) of issues detected in the molding processTrain/Mentor molding technicians / trades with equipment and processes related to injection moldingCreate detailed job instructions, Process monitor sheetsPosition Requirements RequirementsAbility to manage multiple tasks under demanding situations.Experience with Injection Molding Process, Hot Runner Tools, Mold Temperature Control Units, Part Unload Robots/Programming, Valve Gated Injection Molding, (Minimum 5 years)Systematic molding troubleshooting skillsGood comprehension / troubleshooting skills with Electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Ability to read 2 and 3D designsCompetent with computer programs - MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ProjectEffective written and oral communication skillsEffective problem solving skillAbility to work in a team environmentPREFERREDKnowledge of lean manufacturing principlesFamiliarity with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis implementationAbility to work with automated equipment / robots - process development / troubleshootingEducation Requirement High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in Engineering PREFERRED Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift -not applicable- Location Inteva Products, LLC - Bluffton Operations Req Number ENG-24-00039 About the Organization Inteva Products is a leading global automotive supplier providing innovative, reliable, environmentally friendly products that enhance vehicle quality, safety and performance.
