Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safely Pull and Set Injection Mold dies utilizing Overhead Crane and Magnetic Platens, in a timely manner

Select and Load Programs in Injection Molding Machine

Safely change and adjust robot components as needed

Safely complete molding material changes within established scrap guidelines

Safely maintain injection mold tools by completing Tool preventative maintenance in a timely manner

Set up and operate injection molding machine/mold die and all auxiliary equipment

Select and load programs and manipulate injection molding machine Robot.

Maintain proper material at Injection Molding machines

Fill out all Required Process paperwork daily

Keep area Clean and organized
