Why this role is important to us The Senior Digital Marketing Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping SimCorp’s future marketing strategies by serving as the owner of marketing analytics. The role involves establishing a robust reporting infrastructure to measure key performance indicators and set performance benchmarks for campaign results, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness. The Senior Digital Marketing Consultant will also serve as administrator of key Marketing Technology Platforms and recommend best practices for effective campaign execution. What we value (our requirements) Minimum 5 years of marketing analytics experience. Ability to connect the use case for analysis to business value/how it helps guide decisions. Ability to stay abreast of changes within the Digital and Marketing Technology landscapes. Experience in managing external parties. Business mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs under budget and on time. Ability to navigate fluid situations, master uncertainty, and multitask in an evolving environment. Fluent English and excellent communication skills. Understanding the technical implementation/integration of APIs. Connecting systems and establish a view of ‘the bigger picture’ (scoring module across channels etc.). Experience in B2B marketing environment and understanding the multi-touch sales process. Preferred qualifications: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4). Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms, such as Looker Studio and PowerBI. Proven experience in designing and building robust KPI reports. Experience with Demandbase or other ABM platforms.
