Purpose:
NEP Group's Finance Director will lead the financial aspects of their commercial operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to have high impact through driving financial, commercial, and operational change in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in the tech or service industry, experience developing financial strategies, implementing processes, and providing leadership in financial decision-making to drive the success of our commercial initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making on commercial activities
Develop financial models for pricing and profitability analysis to evaluate the financial performance of commercial projects
Collaborate with commercial teams to drive profitability and growth
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Be a trusted and engaged collaborative business partner to the organization to enable transparency, growth, profitability, and sound business decisions
Position Requirements:
10+ years of experience in commercial finance or related roles, preferably in the tech or service industry
Detail orientated with superior analytical and problem solving abilities
Strategic thinker with ability to grasp the tactical details
Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) at all levels of the organization
Proven business partnering skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate cross functionally
Proven ability to work in fast-paced start-up type environment with minimal supervision
Advanced excel proficiency
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Hybrid position with 2-3 days expected in local office
