* LEAD AND INSPIRE:Manage and motivate a team of 40 employees, Monday Friday.

* EXCEED STANDARDS:Maintain and surpass production standards for efficiency, material waste, and quality.

* STRATEGIC PLANNING:Develop and execute the Capital Plan to ensure our capacity meets demand.

* SAFETY LEADERSHIP:Lead health, safety, and environmental processes across the entire facility.
* CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, and similar principles.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:A BA/BS degree in Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* EXPERIENCE:3-7+ years in a metal fabrication manufacturing setting is required
* PROVEN SUCCESS:Demonstrated ability to understand yields, manage labor, and drive efficiencies; experience with tracking systems is preferred.
* ADAPTABILITY:Flexibility and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
