Client Details

My client is a national chemical manufacturing company within the personal care/skincare space providing the necessary ingredients for globally recognized brands products They are expanding their Accounting team and re-framing the roles so they are looking for a dynamic accountant who wants to take on an unique opportunity to grow and learn

Description

  • Month End Close Processes
  • Maintain and reconcile Balance Sheet and General Ledger Accounts and enter standard entries
  • Process employee expense reimbursements, analyze T&E spending,commissions for sales agents
  • Establish appropriate accruals based on analysis of monthly expenditures and vendor invoices
  • Assist with monthly financial statement preparations & annual audit preparations
  • Assist in A/R and A/P functions as required
  • Assist with establishing annual budget and mid-year forecasts, variance analysis

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting/finance
  • Public/Private Mixed background
  • 2+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
