Role Summary:
As a vital member of our audit team, the Korean Bilingual EBP Audit Senior Associate will oversee audits for various employee benefit plans. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of EBP audits and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits for diverse employee benefit plans, including 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health and welfare plans.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant IRS and DOL regulations.

- Guide and develop junior staff in audit processes and best practices.
- Work closely with senior management to promote practice development and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
