Job Summary:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a knack for exceeding sales targets? We are seeking an accomplished Territory Sales Manager to take charge of a designated territory, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will not only identify unmet customer needs but also provide invaluable insights through regular sales reports to the Sales Manager. Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our products and services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, showcasing robust leadership skills. An outstanding Territory Sales Manager will consistently exhibit exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Traverse the assigned territory, establishing and maintaining robust relationships with customers, promptly addressing concerns. Surpass sales targets by persuasively promoting company products and services to customers within the designated territory. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify the most effective techniques, crafting innovative sales strategies for territory expansion. Conduct surveys to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Represent the company at trade shows, enhancing brand awareness within the territory. Motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas, evaluating performance against targets. Monitor competitors' sales activities within the assigned territory. Identify and secure new customers in the territory.

Qualifications:

3 Years Experience in Outside Sales Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record as a successful Territory Sales Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
