Waar kom je te werken? ID- Logistics is een wereldwijd opererende logistiek dienstverlener met een grote groeiambitie. Sinds dit jaar zijn we trots op onze 10e plek in de top 100 logistiek dienstverleners, waarbij we samenwerken met vele toonaangevende klanten om hen te ondersteunen bij hun logistieke activiteiten. Sinds we in Nederland zijn opgestart werken we al bijna 10 jaar samen met Sony en zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s die affiniteit hebben met elektronische producten en technisch onderlegd zijn zodat de producten op de juiste manier geconfigureerd worden. Jij wordt onderdeel van ons ‘Tech-ops team’ dat bestaat uit ongeveer 12 fte. Dit ga je doen Als Tech Ops Medewerker heb je een diverse rol binnen onze organisatie. Je begint met het ontvangen van producten op onze retourenafdeling, afkomstig van internationale grote winkelketens of tv-zenders. Hierbij controleer en registreer je nauwkeurig of de producten beschadigd zijn, geopend zijn geweest of als demo zijn gebruikt. Vervolgens organiseer je deze producten voor verdere verwerking door het team. Je werkt met professionele hightech producten, waarbij secuur werken van cruciaal belang is. Je beoordeelt geretourneerde en beschadigde producten, installeert licenties, en past hardware- en software-opties aan. Voor verzendingen was er speciale software geïnstalleerd door jouw afdeling; nu moet het product weer teruggezet worden naar de fabrieksinstellingen en een andere licentie krijgen voor de volgende zending. Je inspecteert op schade en voert eventuele reparaties zelfstandig uit. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het configureren, modificeren en controleren van zowel professionele, medische als consumenten audio- en video producten. Hierbij houd je rekening met wettelijke specificaties en beleidslijnen van de klant, zodat de producten geschikt zijn voor retour, voorraad of demonstratie. Deze taken combineer je met administratieve werkzaamheden en het gebruik van professionele apparatuur, zoals camera’s en televisies tot 100’’. Verder ben je bezig met het repacken van semiconductor producten in een speciale ESD-beveiligde ruimte, waarbij je voldoet aan strikte regelgeving zoals het dragen van beschermende kleding. De producten die je behandelt worden wereldwijd verzonden voor evaluatie of grote shows. Voor verzendingen buiten Europa verzorg je de benodigde douane documentatie om een soepel transport tot aan de eindbestemming te garanderen.
