Company DescriptionReporting to the Sr. Manager of On Premise Distribution, you will ensure implementation of our On Premise Standards, lead the best execution with your DSD distributors, and oversee relationship with our foodservice distribution network. You will manage distribution and volume goals within the region, and develop premium brand execution in channel according to our national strategy. Your main responsibilities will include: communicating priorities and driving sales programs, developing annual business plans, measuring goal execution, and monitoring sales/POS.Job DescriptionIMPLEMENT OUR STREATEGY WITH DISTRIBUTORSDevelop communication process to ensure understanding of strategies, projects and targetsLead the execution of our annual business plan through distributorsCultivate relationships with important distribution management partners to implement business plans and promote goals GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGYEstablish communication schedule for National On Premise Account mandates/LTOs, VIP Program status and Pricing agreement.Ensure DPs implement tracking system to monitor progress against targetsLead internal On Premise foodservice strategy for the region, through Broker management, and distributor partner managementCoordinate local food showsBUSINESS PLANDeliver clear planning strategy and provide all necessary planning tools to support your team on resource needs, distribution, volume, investments, and goalsPartner with Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) and DP on annual business plan developmentDevelop and highlight important customer opportunities to close SKU and Distribution voids to ensure optimum assortment Is available to local distributorsLead Identification and acquisition strategy for prioritized Incremental foodservice operator targets within the regionBUSINESS INTELLIGENCEDevelop an understanding of responsible market and its characteristics, and support DP with relevant insightsMaintain working knowledge of all Red Bull and distributor/branch systemsAnalyze monthly reports to find largest areas of opportunity for DP, and use those insights to guide DP to enhance market conditionsManage internal budgetsForecast volume per distributor location according to national volume goals set by HQPerform audits to ensure VIP program compliance and return on investmentHold DPs accountable for data submission into MSA and track daily/weekly submissions to ensure accurate informationDISTRIBUTOR STRUCTURE AND ACCOUNTABILITY EXPERTWork in the field with broader On-Premise Region team to develop successful programs, relationships, and collaboration internally and with distributor sales personnelHighlight opportunities and develop curated targets for ONP blitzes and sales InteractionsMaintain working knowledge of distributor's internal systems and structureUnderstand distributor's hierarchy and have relationship from the top-down (from owner to sales representative)DISTRIBUTOR TRAININGLead team-based training programs to develop and support the DP sales teamProvide individual coaching of your work force (e.g. Brand Managers, Account Development Managers, and DP sales team)Lead onboarding of Region Sales specialists on RTM ways of working and processes.MISCELLANEOUS Wire with responsible National On Premise Franchise groups and regional chainsShare and enforce guidelines with regards to our inventory policyDevelop expertise with regards to product competition and distributor/branch competition in respective areaQualifications5+ years of experience in Consumer Product Goods industry4+ years' experience leading teams and working with vendorsDistributor, Supplier, or Broadline experienceOn Premise industry experience.Experience managing back end financial planning systems and budgetsNegotiation experienceExperience implementing successful sales and trade marketing strategiesValid Driver's LicenseBachelor's Degree requiredMust be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantageAdditional InformationOur current Benefits include:Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, 401k Match, Family Leave, PTO & Paid Holiday Schedule, Pet, Legal, and Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement(Benefits listed may vary depending on the nature of your employment and/or work location)Red Bull North America, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law.
