Overview

Senior Housing Project Manager TLC Management is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for taking Senior Housing developments from vision to reality. They will drive the development process and will need to have in depth experience in project accountability. Responsibilities Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for individual Senior Housing real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and close out. Interface directly with architects, engineers, development consultants and owners to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep owners and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings. Demonstrates ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to eliminate or reduce risks. Leads the project team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standard and complex documents affecting senior housing real estate projects including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, pay applications, change orders, surveys, and drawings. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree with focus on project management, construction management, or equivalent area of study. Experience in preconstruction and in managing construction projects. Outstanding project management capabilities that forge high performing working relationships with internal and external team members. Highly energetic and organized. Ability to travel.
