**Description**

You wont be developing software, but you will be working closely with software developers and testers helping them produce a real-world model. You will assist with the integration and testing of models and data and help verify that the software adequately represents real-world system performance for intended purposes. You will be involved in every step of the application development process, from analyzing the aerodynamic models to testing and troubleshooting the finished product.

**Job duties include:**

- Perform requirements analysis and help develop functional requirements

- Prepare analyst manuals and present status briefings to the customer

- Help ensure the methodology and data within the operational tool are adequate

- Help evaluate proposed software changes and advise customer

**Required Experience Skills:**

- Experience with offensive/defensive air-to-air and surface-to-air tactics

- Experience with real-world aircraft and weapon systems

- Must be able to work well within a team environment and able to adapt quickly to change

- Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills

- Active SECRET clearance (or eligible to receive clearance)

- Must be organized and tenacious

**Desired Skills:**

- Experience with M&S tools that model aerodynamic and/or sensor performance

- Engineering background, especially Aerospace Engineering, is a definite plus

**Education:**

- Bachelor's degree (technical field is desirable) and 4 or more years of experience
