They promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum satisfaction, and meet sales goals. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, staying up-to-date with products, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves contact with customers, processing sales transactions, and assisting with maintaining store visual standards. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits including health coverage, retirement benefits, paid leave, and more.

Key duties:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, building productive trust relationships
  • Process sales transactions accurately and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain work order files, stock shelves, and set up displays
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
