Our client is seeking a Manager of Business transformation. The role is on-site in Boston, MA

The Sr Manager of Business Transformation will partner with our client's executive team and other leaders to lead cross-functional projects and teams aimed at enhancing business processes, accelerating technological advancements, and improving overall operational efficiency to help achieve its long-term strategic goals. Project types will include new category entry, expansion in existing categories, geographic expansion, and building a strong foundation from which will continue to scale.

Job Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across various departments and geographies to drive standardization, efficiency, cost reduction, and ultimately to improve the consumer experience. Project Management: Manage a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve their intended objectives. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop more junior associates on the team, owning the development of early-career talent, interns, and others. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives. Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation efforts. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on progress and impact. Change Management: Oversee the management of change initiatives, ensuring smooth transition processes with minimal disruption to business operations. Develop change management plans that include stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs. Technology Integration: Collaborate with the IT department to drive the adoption of new technologies and digital tools that support business transformation goals.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. MBA from a top-tier program preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business transformation, change management, or strategic planning at a top-tier management consulting firm AI experience a definite plus. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale cross-functional projects. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in project management software and methodologies. Successful track record of delivering results within a rapidly growing company and a fast-paced environment. CPG experience is preferred, but not required Superior MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
