What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide technical support to customers through various communication channels Resolve complex and routine issues related to hardware, software, assays, and training Mentor and provide assistance to colleagues for routine troubleshooting Distinguish between different types of issues and take appropriate actions to resolve them Collaborate with the Urinalysis Supervisor and contribute to process improvement efforts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Associate, vocational, or equivalent degree in Biology, Clinical Lab Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemistry 3+ years of lab or field experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness to travel to the Miami facility for instrument training Ability to provide clear directions and guidance to customers

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous troubleshooting experience on electromechanical instrumentation Experience in a medical technology call center or medical laboratory Background in a customer service environment
