Job description:
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with existing referral offices to ensure repeat business.
- New Business Development: Identify and establish new referral relationships.
- Field Marketing: Execute business plans for field marketing and track incoming referrals.
- Collaborative Relationships: Ensure collaborative relationships exist between referring offices.
- Marketing Material Creation: Design and create marketing materials, including flyers and gift baskets for distribution.
- Reporting: Send daily/weekly reports to office managers and Doctor.
- Marketing Execution: Implement marketing plans, including social media, promotional materials, signage, advertising, and community activities.
- Social Media management: Update social media platforms and gather content for regular updates.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize community events and patient appreciation days or special promotion events.
- Marketing experience required (dental field experience a plus, not requirement)
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required for delivering marketing materials.
- Ability to independently meet with referring physicians and office managers to collaborate.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communications and public speaking abilities.
- Experience with online marketing and knowledge of social media marketing.
- Strong computer skills for creating flyers, ads and social media content.
- Ability to track referral sources and keep all information organized.
