Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources (such as digital campaigns, CRM, and social media)
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor essential marketing metrics and KPIs
Perform in-depth analyses to comprehend campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
Apply statistical methods and predictive models to forecast marketing outcomes
Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to optimize marketing strategies
Generate compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI, presenting findings to stakeholders in a way that translates complex data into actionable insights

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field
Masters degree is preferred
3+ years of experience in marketing data analytics, including web, social media, and campaign performance
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other CRM systems)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Model:
Hybrid (only for candidates who can commute to an office in Des Moines. This is not a remote position).
