We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Service Management Strategy and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support for various ITSM systems, processes, and business stakeholders.

- Perform detailed data analysis to understand patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Document and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system functionality, and workflows.
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet complex business needs.
- Assist with system testing and ensure enhancements of systems and integrations run accurately and efficiently according to business requirements.
- Perform process analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis to clarify and address business needs and challenges.
- Document and maintain business system documentation and records.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials.
- Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs and technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, process documentation, and project management software and methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and organize cross-functional teams.
- Team player, solid work ethic, flexible, able to change directions quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and administration.
- Experience working with regulatory compliance requirements (SOX and NERC CIP).
- Understanding of ITSM applications and processes.
