Proficiency of social, influencer and listening platforms. Previous experience with Sprout Social preferred. Excellent understanding of social media metrics and analytics. Expertise in creating and optimizing content; understanding of algorithm, trends, and user behavior. Proven track record in social media strategy development and execution. Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging content. Ability to stay ahead of social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in risk-taking and innovative thinking in social media campaigns.
