Principal Signal and Sensor Modeling Engineer , you will work on a close-knit team to create advanced, physics-based modeling solutions in the DoD Space. You will develop key technologies in the EO/IR domain to help engineers grasp the most complex aspects of energy transport, enabling the design and test of tomorrow’s artificial intelligence algorithms and hardware solutions. : You will champion novel solutions for advanced modeling techniques. You will develop new C++ models in an extensible and maintainable fashion. You will deploy EO or RF phenomenology and advanced physics concepts in a software implementation. You will enable our customer’s success through adoption and utilization of modeling solutions. You will work efficiently inside an established software product, across programming languages, and build environments. You will research and develop novel EO or RF modeling solutions. You will coordinate with multiple development teams to prioritize and solve complex software and physics problems. You will mentor and share EO or RF expertise with your team. Qualifications You Must Have

: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and eight (8) years or more of documented work and/or academic experience in the following areas: Experience programming in C++, C, or other high order language Experience applying object-oriented software design Experience using MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets Experience with UNIX/Linux or Apple OS or Windows DOS command line Experience in electro-optics or in radar processing Experience with Imaging EO/IR/RF systems, energy transport, or radar physics, signal processing or discrimination algorithms The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
