Oversee all financial operations Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical supplies. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
