Job DescriptionOur client, a full-service brokerage & property management firm with a nearly 20 year track-record seeks a talented Marketing Coordinator with a passion for commercial real estate (CRE) to join their growing team in Tampa. This is a dynamic opportunity for a CRE storyteller - someone who is passionate about painting pictures with vivid and persuasive copy, creating beautiful collateral, and crafting compelling narratives about the company's active listings, projects, and value to the market at large. The ideal Marketing Coordinator is a creative, innovative, and detail-focused multitasker who loves CRE and is looking for an opportunity to take their career to the next level with a well-respected, market-leading firm.A day in the life of a successful Marketing Coordinator includes, but is not limited to:Creating flyers, emails, and social media posts - tell its unique storyEntering new and revised listings into company and third-party websitesCreating closed and specialty announcements, then shouting it from the rooftopsEnsuring property signage shines and is readily availableMonitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign activitiesGenerating demographic reports and VOID analysisCrafting maps and aerials to paint local commercial real estate landscapesStructuring tenant and buyer tour books to initiate their site selection adventureBuilding thought leaders with engaging social content and news breaking informationOffering consultancy on listing + tenant enhancement opportunitiesAccurately account for digital deal filesAssisting with incoming calls and office equipment / suppliesEvaluating progressive "lead gen" best practicesResearching market share growth opportunitiesBuilding rapport with allied organizationsTracking and conveying all incoming leadsSupporting ongoing SEO and "first impression" effortsRequirementsThe ideal Marketing Coordinator candidate possesses the following skills & experience:3+ years of marketing experience1-3 years of Commercial Real Estate experienceWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesignPrompt attendance with reliable transportationStrong communicative, interpersonal skillsOrganized multi-tasking abilities
