About Us:
4WARD is a dedicated force working towards positive community impact. We are currently seeking a Community Engagement Specialist with a focus on recurring donor outreach. This role involves creating meaningful connections within the community, encouraging recurring contributions to support our noble causes.


Position Overview:
As the Community Engagement Specialist - Recurring Donor Outreach, you will be at the forefront of building relationships with the community. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with individuals, businesses, and local organizations to generate recurring donors who are committed to making a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:


  • Community Outreach:
    • Engage with community members outside stores and at local events, sharing our mission and encouraging recurring donations.
    • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to foster community support.
  • Direct Marketing Strategies:
    • Develop and implement effective direct marketing strategies to promote recurring donor programs.
    • Utilize various channels, including face-to-face interactions, to convey our message and impact.
  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community engagement efforts with larger organizational campaigns.
    • Organize and coordinate small-scale events to further engage potential donors.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
    • Provide regular reports on community engagement efforts and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:


  • Enthusiasm for non-profit work and a strong commitment to community causes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in community outreach or customer-facing roles.

Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly pay basis, bases + commission.
