About the Role

As a marketing assistant, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating all tasks related to the
client's digital campaign launches and campaign tracking. Additionally, you will assist your team
however necessary to ensure the highest level of service and client satisfaction.
What your success will look like
  • Communicate with clients in professional manner via email/phone
  • Support the MM in the coordination and execution of requests in a timely manner
  • Complete intermediate issues, problems or tasks related to the client's website and campaigns
  • Refer moderate to complex issues to MMs
  • Coordinate requests for data, information, or anything else for the MM
  • Send review requests on behalf of the client
  • Upload retained client lists and report findings to the MM and/or client
  • Run geo reports and distribute results to necessary team members
  • Coordinate meetings for internal and external team members
  • Maintain intermediate knowledge of vertical(s) and general marketing best practices
  • Track all reactive client emails to ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and follow up with the MM when support is needed
Who you are and what you bring
  • 6 months - 1 year of professional work experience
  • Highly recommend previous internships in a corporate environment or customer service
    experience
  • SEO /SEM /social media coursework completed
  • Working knowledge of the CS/CMS systems
  • Ability to engage in professional correspondence with internal and external partners

Compensation

We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
  • The base salary range is $45,000 (entry-level) - $50,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
