The Financial Analyst position within the FP&A team offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual to gain valuable experience in all aspects of financial planning and analysis. In this role, the successful candidate will not only support the development of accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, but also work directly with the business to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive the company's success. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Finance and is a hybrid position reporting to our corporate headquarters in Radnor, PA 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and formulas is required.
  • Experience with financial modeling software is a plus.

How you will create an impact:

  • Participate in the budgeting process by gathering data, performing variance analysis, and identifying trends.
  • Conduct financial modeling using Excel and other financial software to support forecasting and scenario planning initiatives.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors impacting the Company's financial performance.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis projects as required by management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and interpret financial data.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
  • Effectively communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
