Responsible for accurately reporting and processing the inflow/outflow of various financial transactions, ensuring that payments are made timely and with correct approvals, while supporting cash management and banking initiatives such as cash positioning, forecasting, and internal and external bank reporting. Maintaining treasury programs such as, but not limited to, purchase cards, web-based expense reporting, bank accesses, and merchant services.

Essential Job Duties

•Responsible for accurately processing and accounting for the inflow/outflow of various financial transactions (including but not limited to wires, ACH, checks, credit cards).

•Ensure payments are made timely and with correct approvals.

•Responsible for daily cash concentration and determining daily net cash position.

•Collaborate with CFO, Treasury Manager or others as needed, regarding the management of day-to-day banking activity (including but not limited to cash management, check processing, credit card receivable processing, centralized and local disbursements, etc.).

•Work independently (and as part of a team) to standardize processes related to the efficient flow of cash with consistent financial controls.

•Maintain and order merchant processing numbers for credit card receipts.

•Maintain P-Card records including users, approvers and spend limits.

•Maintain bank account access for requested users.

•Audit and maintain accurate checks signers.

•Audit and order checks and deposit slips for field locations.

•Process refunds by credit card, check or ACH as needed.

•Support liquidity management, forecasting and debt management initiatives.

•Support the Controllership function with cash, debt and related account reconciliations.

•Conduct research for escalated payment issues and strategically resolve customer issues as needed.

•Assist with the rollout of new initiatives and technology in cash management and forecasting.

Supervisory Responsibilities (Direct or Indirect):

•Not responsible for supervising employees.

Basic Qualifications

Education & Experience

•Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting

•3+ years related treasury, commercial banking, or accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications

•M & A integration experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

•Highest level of character and integrity.

•Detail oriented.

•Excellent analytical ability with strong Excel, Word, written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to consistently repeat critical financial tasks without error.

•Self-starter with the ability to lead process change that impacts Treasury or other departments.

•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and to complete tasks independently and in a team environment.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

•Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to detail.

•Office environment, requires walking, standing, or sitting for several hours at time.

•Perform repetitive motion tasks on computer.
