Join our dynamic team as a Rental Sales Agent (m/f/d) in Fort Myers, United States We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional experiences for our clients while maximizing sales opportunities in our premium vehicle rental business.

Hiring Rental Sales Agent at Fort Myers $16.60/hr. Plus Bonus. "Potential to earn between $2500 - $5,000" in monthly incentive pay."
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing personalized advice and assistance to clients at our rental location
  • Maximize sales opportunities by offering and explaining additional services, protection options, and vehicle upgrades
  • Manage our premium vehicle fleet, ensuring proper organization and maintenance
  • Process rental agreements, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each rental
  • Assist with operational tasks, including driving and organizing vehicles in the parking area when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming rental environment
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, promotions, and vehicle specifications to provide accurate information to customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Qualifications
  • Proven sales talent and exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in sales, services, or tourism sectors preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating great customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with moving luggage when needed
