Join our dynamic team as a Rental Sales Agent in Fort Lauderdale, United States We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional rental experiences for our clients while maximizing sales opportunities.

Hiring Rental Sales Agent in our Fort Lauderdale Downtown Branch $14.20/hr. Plus a monthly Bonus. "Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the rental process
  • Actively promote and sell additional vehicles and optional extras tailored to each customer's preferences
  • Manage our premium vehicle fleet efficiently and effectively
  • Create personalized rental experiences by understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicle fleet and rental policies
  • Process rental agreements, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and report any damages or maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized rental facility
  • Adapt to changing customer demands and market trends to drive business growth
Qualifications
  • Proven sales talent with a natural ability to connect with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations
  • Valuable experience in sales, service, or tourism sectors
  • Track record of meeting sales quotas or success in highly commissioned roles
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid US Driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Basic computer proficiency for processing rental agreements and payments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle fleet management (training will be provided)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
