Morfologica, Inc. is seeking several Knowledge Management Experts who are willing to support established teams of software engineers at various Federal Facilities throughout Northern Virginia.

Qualified candidates must have previous experience in resolving the most complex IT operational problems. This position ensures the systems availability and that all system performance goals are met. Qualified candidates must have experience in managing/leading teams of systems or application administrators whose duties are the administration of the software systems and its successful integration with the applications software of the major computing systems. Candidates must have experience communicating the application infrastructure with decentralized customer support teams, help desks, customers, senior management, and other technical professional staffs.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH ACTIVE GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCES AND APPROPRIATE POLY WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Skills & Requirements

Candidates must have at least several years of Knowledge Management experience.

Knowledge

  • Ability to design technical solutions for complex requirements.
  • Ability to independently diagnose, resolve, and communicate complex technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to provide clear and accurate explanations of complex technical activities, procedures and processes to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to provide the highest levels of customer service.
  • Proven strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on expressing complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Expert knowledge of MVS, UNIX, LINUX and Windows technology.
  • Significant knowledge of project management and applications development techniques.


Candidates with fewer years of experience may also be considered depending on background.
