Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and establishing relationships with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., online research, industry events, social media). Perform effective lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Utilize Salesforce to manage and track leads and opportunities. Business Development Execute business development plans to meet sales targets. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand trends. Client Engagement Engage with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and pain points. Provide tailored solutions and demonstrate the value of our products/services. Collaboration Work closely with leadership team to align lead generation activities with marketing campaigns. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Partner with the customer care team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., lead conversion rates, sales revenue). Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies. Provide regular updates to leadership on business development activities and results. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Familiarity with Salesforce. Experience in manufacturing is a plus. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attributes Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new business opportunities. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
