Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial, as well as strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with customer service experience being a plus.
  • Education: A high school diploma is necessary, with a college degree being a bonus.
  • Computer Skills: Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs.
