Volt is immediately hiring Production Operators for permanent jobs in Hillsboro, OR

As a Production Operator, you will:
  • Operate machines that fabricate semiconductor chips.
  • Inspect parts and products during manufacturing process.
  • Report any product/parts issues from production line.
  • Perform basic computer operation and data entry.
  • Meet/Exceed production standards, hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing process.
Production Worker candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Available to work 12-hour rotating shift (3 days on/4 days off; 4 days on/3 days off) and at least 1 weekend day per week.
  • Ability to stand and lift to 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout entire 12-hour shift.
  • Willing to wear mask and cleanroom suit for entire shift.
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements.
Day and Night shifts available:
  • D1*: Sun, Mon, Tue and every other Wednesday
  • D2*: Thurs, Fri, Sat and every other Wednesday
  • N1*: Sun, Mon, Tues and every other Saturday (Includes 15% shift differential)
  • N2*: Wed, Thurs, Fri and every other Saturday (Includes 15% shift differential)
Experience with the following is a plus:
  • Assembly
  • Machine Operator
  • Fabrication Operator
  • Semiconductor Industry
  • Fast Food Experience in a Fast-Paced High-Volume setting
  • Production Experience in a Fast-Paced High-Volume Environment
*Competitive Pay from $19.59 to $22.53hr which includes OT and shift differential depending on Experience and Shift* 15% Shift Differential on both Graveyard Shifts*

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on factors, including candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
