Overview

The Marketing & Sales Optimization Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing and sales operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in CRM technologies, call center management, and vendor relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and administering our Velocify platform, managing our inbound call center, overseeing our 3rd party outbound telemarketing vendor, and directly managing the Mortgage Optimization Analyst. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of CD Originations. Responsibilities

Lead Management/Velocify:

Serve as the primary system owner for the Velocify lead management system. Configure, maintain, and optimize Velocify to ensure it aligns with sales workflows, strategies, and objectives. Train and support sales and marketing teams on Velocify usage to maximize its effectiveness. Liaison with Marketing and Sales executives to set the strategy for lead management for all of Consumer Direct

Inbound Call Center Management:

Manage day-to-day operations of the inbound call center, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and performance metrics of call center agents. Forecast inbound call volume to ensure call center is properly staffed and achieving acceptable speed to answer and abandon rate SLAs. Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance call routing, manage staffing levels, and integrate necessary technologies.

Outbound Telemarketing Vendor Management:

Oversee and manage relationships with third-party outbound telemarketing vendors. Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance benchmarks. Coordinate with vendors to implement campaigns, align on targets, and adjust strategies based on performance data. Manage to an acceptable cost per lead and cost per fund metrics based on lead volume and subsequent conversion

Team Leadership and Development:

Directly manage and support the Mortgage Optimization Analyst in their duties and development. Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve superior results.

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, forecast needs, and develop strategic plans to improve performance. Liaison with BI team to produce regular reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impacts. Collaborate with the CMO of CD Originations to align marketing and sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales operations Proven experience with Velocify or similar CRM platforms is essential. Experience with in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc Proficient in MS Excel. SQL experience a plus Strong background in call center management and vendor relations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
