NorthPoint Staffing is interviewing Project Executive for our client who is a leading construction management firm specializing in Multiunit Residential and Commercial Construction projects in NJ and NY.

Job Summary:

As the Project Executive, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for all trades involved in Multiunit Residential and Commercial construction projects. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing project teams and delivering successful outcomes for large-scale construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers.
  • Provide guidance, support, and expertise to ensure project success.
Project Oversight:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale new construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and any potential issues to relevant parties.
Resource Allocation:
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and materials, to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize resource utilization.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues to ensure the smooth progression of projects.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold construction standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Executive in Multiunit Residential and Commercial construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale new construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and trades.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry.
