We need a take charge person, capable of working in a very busy shop. The ability to deliver a world-class, customer service experience is a must. Knowledge of ADP/CDK is a plus but not essential. Warranty experience is a must. Knowledge of this type of position and the automotive service industry is required. Responsibilities Greet customers in a timely manner. Establish positive rapport immediately and ongoing. Answer phones, schedule service appointments, and perform follow-up calls. Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times. Complete all required paperwork and documentation for repair services. Maintain an organized, clean workspace and account for dealership-related tasks. Develop and maintain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service and warranty needs. Listen to the customer, answer their questions, and direct customers appropriately as they request. Advise on recommended maintenance. Confirm scheduled and missed appointments. Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required. Requirements and skills Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Must be punctual and reliable. Valid driver's license. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience. At least two years related experience working in customer service roles. We Offer: Health Insurance.
